"Very disappointing experience at Club 27. Food quality was poor, and despite multiple requests, fresh hot chapatis were not served—we waited over 30 minutes with no response. Washrooms had no soap, which is unacceptable for any decent establishment. The club is poorly maintained and does not match the premium image it tries to project. Service was slow and unresponsive, with staff showing little concern for guest comfort. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made in hygiene, service, and overall management."

To make matters worse, I found a worm in the food, and the issue was raised immediately—but no one took it seriously or even offered an apology. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this place. Frankly, it should be shut down for its atrocious hygiene and service standards."
